ESS Board warmly invites you to join its upcoming 38th Annual Meeting in the period of 18-20 March, 2020, held at Hilton Heliopolis Hotel, Cairoanother step in the journey of achieving the objective of the society and fulfilling its role towards the medical filed.


The primary objective of the conference is to provide opportunity for academicians, industry experts, practitioners, professionals, and researchers from various affiliations to engage in discussing the recent advances and techniques of surgery.


A platform for international and national experts gathering to deliver the message for a better surgical practices. A blend of scientific benefit and social networking that shall not be missed….!

  • Abstracts should be related to the conference topics and formulated as the determined “Abstract Template Form” available on website with the specified guidelines
  • Accepted Speakers will be offered 50% discount on the Registration fee and 1 night free accommodation(for speaker from outside Greater Cairo)

The Committee invites all those interested to submit their abstracts for consideration in one of the following awards:


Best Oral Abstracts (2 Prizes)

This award will be given for the most outstanding presentation in the entire conference. It takes into consideration factors such as the impact of the presentation and the inspiration of the presenter. The Prizes will be "Free Registration & Accommodation" at the 2020 Summer Meeting.


Best Poster Abstracts (1 Prize)

The conference organizing committee has appointed a committee headed by a chairman to evaluate poster sessions and identify the best poster presentation. The Prize is "Free Registration & Accommodation" at the 2020 Summer Meeting

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to: info@cob-eg.org

Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the cancellation in writing

  • 50% Charge for cancellation 6 weeks prior to the event
  • No refund 3 weeks prior to the event.
